Days 1–3:
Train, Kite/Surf & Connect

Your base is Óbidos - surrounded by rolling hills, Atlantic cliffs, and diverse kite conditions. In the mornings, you’ll start with yoga and breakfast, followed by surf sessions in Baleal, guided by local surf instructors.

Pro kitesurf coaching in the lagoon or wave spots (depending on wind)
Ocean theory & feedback sessions in the evenings
Surf on windless days or during early mornings
Breathwork, journaling & sunset beach circles

Days 4–6:
3-Day Peniche Coast Downwinder

Once everyone’s tuned in and the wind window opens, we begin a 3-day downwinder exploring Portugal’s central coast.

Downwinder Highlights:

Day 1: Peniche → São Martinho do Porto
Day 2: São Martinho → Nazaré (kite safely near the cliffs, not at the break!)
Day 3: Nazaré → Praia da Vieira

Expect raw coastline, forest-backed beaches, and shifting conditions. Our land crew meets you at each stop with gear, drinks, and good energy.

Day 7:
Integration & Coastal Chill

Your final day is for grounding: light yoga, local brunch, an optional last surf or SUP session, and time to relax before departure
